Rockland Lake State Park features a long, paved path that surrounds the
perimeter of the lake. The park includes two golf courses, six tennis courts, two olympic sized swimming pools, two toddler
pools, and picnic areas. Boating and fishing are common activities done at Rockland Lake State Park. There is also a
nature center, cross country ski trails, and sledding paths. Dogs are permitted during the non-summer months as long as they
are not on walkways or bike trails.
The park is open year round but some activities are only offered during certain months.
