Bowline Point Park has something for everyone! The park features a large,
olympic size pool, two water slides, a pool designed especially for toddlers, and an average sized water park. Other aspects
of the park are tennis courts, a volleyball court, a handball court, walking paths, a fishing pier, a toddler playground,
and a handicap accessible playground. It also includes two pavillions (which are available for private use for parties) and
a huge picnic area. During the summer a small snack hut sells snacks, drinks, ice cream, and other food. Also during the summer
the park showcases a series of concerts and movies on certain nights, after the pool closes. The park also has a firework
show around the fourth of July every year.
Throughout the spring, fall, and winter months the park is open to the
public. During the summer, however, Bowline Point Park is open only to pass holders. These passes are available
through Haverstraw Town Hall. Pass holders are allowed two guests during the summer.
